We provide housing along the central coast. We offer "huts" as they become available. These can be houses, ADUs, apartments or just about any dwelling you can call home. If approved to become an 805 Huts resident, you can expect responsive management to provide a well-maintained hut to make you feel at home, be safe and be happy. We offer online rent payments and maintenance requests for your ease and comfort.
